Coaching by Janna is holistic wellness coaching, focused on you and your ability to create and maintain healthy lifestyle habits. Using evidence-based behavior change theories and practices, I will support you to make habit changes in your life in order to accomplish your specific wellness goals.
My approach begins with an in-depth look at the foundations of your lifestyle. After three years in corporate wellness with a caseload of hundreds of clients, I have found the most effective and lasting changes happen when we directly address the stress that lies at the heart of the obstacles to our goals.
Through my personal adventures in stress management, I have come to believe in a balanced approach to self-care and self-improvement. By mindfully addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being concerns, along with consideration to real-life obstacles, we can create sustainable change while planting the seeds for future growth.
